If you are attempting
to login and you get an 'Error' message, check your records and try once
more. Your password is case sensitive. Use the
Password Request.
I Am A New Subscriber. What Do I Do Now?
If you just subscribed online
it may take up to 72 hours to process your
payment and activate your account. If you did not provide a valid email address
and complete information, it may take longer. Do not wait, call or
email to check the status of your order: 828-328-9241.
Subscriptions by mail may take 7 days. Call the office.
The Member Profile Page will display. You Must Change to a new
Password. Your new password must be at least 6 characters.
Write your client number and new password down and keep safe.
Scroll down and click the 'Update Profile' Button. If an error message
displays, correct the information, if there is no error - your profile
is updated.
