The final version was published in the Federal Register, Monday, April 6, 2020 and with the corrections published in the Federal Register April 10, 2020. The regulation is now official. The regulation itself is only ten and one-third pages (pgs 19347-19357) following 27 pages of discussion and explanation by the USDOL.
