Joy B. Knuckles

Joy has been with the firm since May 1986. She is
the business manager. She served in administrative
positions to attorneys with the U.S. Department of
Labor, Office of the Solicitor, and judges in the
Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission,
Atlanta Regional Offices. Joy’s experience with the
USDOL was a key asset in the start-up and success of
MKAI. She knows the investigation process, what
employers are up against and what happens when Wage
and Hour sends a file to the Solicitor for legal
analysis and litigation. She is responsible for
client relationships, talking with clients about
their needs, compliance reviews and how we can meet
those needs either offsite or onsite training or
compliance reviews. |

James Knuckles

James joined the firm in November 2005, as our
finance and conference manager. He is responsible
for accounts payable and fiscal management. James is
also responsible for MKAI public conferences and
serves as our onsite conference manager. He works
closely with associations and groups who request
MKAI training. James is responsible for our
e-commerce and coordinates the development and
maintenance of our website and network system. He is
a 2003 business graduate of Mars Hill College. |

Heather joined MKAI in October 2008. Her work
experience with an accounting firm made an easy
transition for her move to MKAI. She quickly
understood the consultant-client relationship. She
assigns work and transfers your calls and emails to
the consultant best qualified to answer your
question or to help with your HR management issue.
She is also responsible for your contracts and
monthly billing. |
